Football Foundation Funding

Plus, did you know that grants for portable floodlights are available thanks to the Football Foundation? If you run a grassroots football club, you may be eligible.

The Football Foundation offer grants of up to £25,000 for portable floodlights to football clubs who meet their eligibility criteria. Full details can be found on their website.

It’s worth remember that the Football Foundation will only offer funding on portable floodlights, rather than fixed floodlights. They must also be for training pitches (artificial or natural turf), rather than for match play pitches.

Due to the popularity and number of applications they receive, the Football Foundation requests that no more than one application per club be made per season. Therefore it’s important to get your application right first time.
